There are two ways to take advantage of the Affinity offers:

1) Call Comcast at 866-470-6063 in the Greater Detroit Region or 866-885-1037 in Grand Rapids and Lansing to schedule your installation.

2) Go to your company’s intranet site that links to Comcast’s Affinity webpage and schedule your installation.

Q. I currently subscribe to Comcast, will I be able to take advantage of the Affinity offer through my company?
A. Yes, the Affinity offers allow to enjoy discounted services for one year when upgrade your service level. However, you will not be able to lower your existing level of service through the Affinity Program.
Q. Are the Affinity Program offers exclusive to my company and better than Comcast’s regular offers?
A. Many of the offers in the Affinity Program are exclusive to participating companies and designed to provide the best value. However, the exclusive Affinity offers may not be right for everyone so other valuable offers are also made available to your company.
Q. Are the Affinity offers available to my friends and family?
A. No, the Affinity offers are available to employees of participating businesses. To learn more about other great deals on Comcast products and services friends and family members can contact a Comcast representative at 800-COMCAST (800-266-2278).
Q. Can I disconnect my existing Comcast service to receive one of the Affinity offers?
A. No, in order to receive an Affinity offer your account must be inactive for 60 days or longer.
