One Bill

With Comcast Digital Voice, all service charges including Comcast cable video and Comcast High Speed Internet service appear on one bill. You have several options for paying your bill including by mail to the mailing address listed on your bill receipt or by visiting on of our many local payment centers.

Emergency Services

Among the many features of Comcast Digital Voice that are important are enhanced 911 functionality and battery backup. Enhanced 911 automatically provides the emergency service with your phone number and location when you call from your home phone. In the event of a power failure our modem or multimedia terminal adapter (“MTA”) will have a backup battery.

Calling Features

  • 3-Way calling allows you to add a third person to your conversation.

  • Anonymous Call Rejection allows you to reject calls from callers who have blocked their telephone numbers.

  • Call Forwarding Selective allows you to create a list of people whose calls will be forwarded to a number you designate.

  • Call Forwarding Variables allows you to forward calls to any U.S. telephone number – landline or mobile.

  • Call Return lets you dial the number of your last incoming call.

  • Call Screening allows you to create a list of up to 12 numbers that will receive an announcement that you are not presently accepting calls.

  • Call Waiting alerts you when you have another incoming call

  • Caller ID lets you see the date, time, phone number and name of the person calling. You must have a phone or Caller ID unit capable of displaying Caller ID information.

  • Caller ID Blocking Per Call will block the delivery of your Caller ID information to the when you dial *67 before dialing a phone number. If you dial the number without *67, your Caller ID information will be displayed. Caller ID Blocking Per Call may not be available on some calls, including calls to E911.

  • Caller ID Blocking Per Line prevents delivery your Caller ID information to the called party. You have the option. On a per call basis, to deliver Caller ID information to the call party by dialing *82 before dialing the destination phone number. Caller ID Blocking Per Line may not be available on some calls, including calls to emergency 911/E911 service.

  • Caller ID with Call Waiting allows you to identify the person calling even when you are already on the phone.

  • Repeat Dialing redials a number until the line is available. You can still use your phone and receive other calls.

  • Speed Dial 8 allows you to access 8 of your most frequently dialed numbers by pressing just one digit.

  • Enhanced Voice Mail gives you a whole new way to manage you voice mail. When you are away from home or don’t get to the phone in time, callers area able to leave a message. Callers can even leave messages when you are on the phone. If you elect to not pick up an incoming callusing Call Waiting, the call will be directed to voice mail. The next time the customers picks up the phone you will hear a tone indicating that they have a message waiting.
